Tony Craddock Director General of Emerging Payments Association - EPA Tony launched the Emerging Payments Association (EPA) in 2012. The EPA promotes the UK as global hub for payments innovation and the interests of the EPA’s 150+ members, which include banks, card schemes, PSPs, issuers, processors and acquirers who all collaborate to drive change. Tony also leads the communities of EPA Asia and EPA EU. In 2019 he set up The Inclusion Foundation, a Not-for-Profit Community Interest Company promoting products that help address financial exclusion. He also co-authored The PAYTECH Book, published in 2020.

Working in Cardnet, the Lloyds Bank Card Acquiring business, for the last 5 years, Georgina has been primarily focused on developing new products and propositions for small and medium size businesses. This includes designing low cost propositions that support small businesses move to card acceptance as well as developing a suite of value added services that enable businesses to enhance their customer’s payments journey.

The channel, which included POS, loyalty and payment providers, as well as industry specific key organisations, proved fundamental to the success of the business. When Preoday and QikServe joined forces in January 2020, Steve joined the QikServe management team as Director of Alliances, heading up partnerships for the combined business. In that time, the partner channel and customer base has expanded rapidly; the company now has over 4000 clients in 25 countries.

Having been acquired by The Access Group, a UK business services software powerhouse, in June 2019, Andy’s focus is now to enhance their strong direct debit offering by delivering a full suite of payment products across the group’s 40,000 customers and the UK marketplace. Prior to this Andy ran his marketing business for 16 years aimed at helping leisure clubs drive membership before “keeping fit” was the norm. Born in Oregon, USA, he received his Bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College in 1981. Shortly thereafter, he crossed the pond and has been resident in the UK for 29 years laying roots in Cheltenham with his wife, Alison. Keen on golf, travelling and cycling in the Cotswolds.
