Membership Refund Policy

Community Members and Patron Members are given a 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period during which they have the right to cancel their membership and receive a full refund. This coincides with the 14 day membership approval process of the EPA. Confirmation of membership will be made on day 15 of application. If a company’s application for membership is approved, then there is no further opportunity to cancel with a refund.

If you cancel your membership, your access to the online member area will be de-activated. Notwithstanding the above 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period clause, no refund will be issued if the EPA has reason to believe that a member has benefited by access to privileged member-only information, obtaining member discounts or registering for courses and programmes during the 14 day period.
